Successful conclusion of the two-day seminar on management and leadership of departmental employees
The two-day seminar on “Management and Leadership of Departmental Employees”, which was held with the aim of enhancing the capacity, improving leadership skills and developing the managerial capabilities of employees, ended successfully today.
The program, which was held by the Provincial Personnel Affairs Department and in cooperation with the Atefi Charity Foundation, was held on the 10th and 11th Aug 2025 in the conference hall of Adraskan district, in which (31) employees from various departments of that district participated.
The report indicates that on the first day of the program, Mullah Abdul Bari “Tariq”, the Deputy District Governor of Adraskan, Herat province, praised the Provincial Personnel Affairs Department and the Atefi Charity Foundation, calling this seminar a valuable and useful step towards improving the capacity of departmental employees.
During the two-day seminar, the participants were introduced to new management concepts, effective leadership methods, decision-making skills, organizational communications and methods for solving workplace challenges.
At the closing ceremony, the organizers expressed their satisfaction with the active participation and interest of the employees and emphasized the importance of such programs in improving the efficiency and productivity of organizations.
Also, at the end of the seminar, official certificates were presented to the participants in the presence of Mullah Abdul Bari “Tariq”, Deputy District Governor of Adraskan, Herat Province.
The seminar ended with the hope of improving the performance of departments and spreading the culture of scientific management in the workplace.
