Holding a seminar on management, leadership and planning skills for (31) employees of the Farsi district of Herat

On the 26th and 27th of Aug 1404, a two-day training program in the field of (management, leadership and planning) was held for 31 employees of the Farsi district of Herat province by the Department of Personnel Affairs of the Herat provincial government in cooperation with the Atefi Charity Foundation.

At the beginning of the program, Yasir Ahmad Shabanpour, a representative of the Atefi Charity Foundation, provided explanations about the foundation’s activities, especially in the field of capacity building for employees of departments and teachers in remote districts of Herat.

Then, Maulvi Abdul Rahman Hamidi, the district governor of Farsi, expressed his gratitude to the Atefi Charity Foundation, considered holding such programs valuable and emphasized its continuation.

Also, Maulvi Mohammad Hijrat, the head of education in this district, on behalf of other participants, called this program useful and constructive and considered it effective in improving the functioning of local institutions.

This program included theoretical and practical training in the areas of strengthening leadership skills, effective management of departments, short-term and long-term planning methods, resource management, and improving the decision-making process.

Participants were also provided with the opportunity to practice their learning in a practical manner through group work, practical exercises, and open discussions.

It is worth noting that this is the fifth training program of the Atefi Charity Foundation for employees of district departments since the beginning of this year.

The program ended with the distribution of certificates to the participants and the recitation of a prayer.
