Successful end of the two-day seminar on improving the capacity of employees of various departments of Herat province!
The Atefi Charity Foundation, in cooperation with the Department of Personnel Affairs of the Herat Province, held a training workshop titled (Plan, Report and Performance of Employees) for (58) employees of the emirate departments over two days, from 19 to 20 may 2025, in the conference hall of the Department of Personnel Affairs of the Herat Province.
The aim of holding this training workshop was to increase the working capacities of managers, directors and employees of various departments of Herat Province.
It is worth mentioning that in the first part of this training workshop, Professor Mohammad Sharif “Taheir” presented materials on (goal setting, types of goals, strategic, specialized and practical planning and techniques for carrying out activities).
On the second day, Professor Mohammad Sharif “Taheir” and Noorul Haq “Ahmadi”, General Director of Training and Performance Evaluation of the Provincial Staff, presented useful materials on new management techniques and methods and explanations of employee performance evaluation forms, respectively.
At the end of the program, Honorable Mavlavi Ghulam Dastgir “Ilham”, Head of Personnel Affairs of the Herat Provincial Government, considered holding training courses to improve the capacity of the employees of the Emirati departments as one of the important and valuable goals of the Herat Provincial Government, and noted the cooperation of partner institutions, especially the Atefi Charity Foundation, as a good thing.
Abdul Zahir “Ershad”, Deputy of the Atefi Charity Foundation, while introducing the programs and activities of that foundation in the field of education, assured of the value, importance and continuation of such programs, in coordination with the Honorable Herat Provincial Government, for the upliftment and growth of the society.
This training workshop ended with the distribution of letters of appreciation to the teachers and certificates to the participants by the Atefi Charity Foundation and the Department of Personnel Affairs of the Honorable Provincial Government.
It is worth mentioning that such training workshops are scheduled to be held for the employees of the Emirati departments the districts of Chisht Sharif, Zinda Jan, Pusht Koh, Zirkooh and Ghorian of Herat Province.
