Donating 100 free scholarships to young immigrants who have returned to their homeland and other needy youth
On 22 Sep 2025, Atefi Charity Foundation awarded 100 free scholarships to young people in need and who have returned to their homeland during a special ceremony at the conference hall of Atefi University.
This program was held with the aim of supporting education, empowering the young generation, and providing a platform for scientific and professional growth. Abdul Zahir “Ershad”, Deputy Director of Atefi Charity Foundation, emphasized during the ceremony that education is the key to individual and social progress and investing in the young generation guarantees a bright future for the country.
In this meeting, Honorable Walishah “Bahra” Molavi Hamidullah “Ghiasi” and Professor Nazir Ahmad “Sekandari” also spoke and praised the efforts of Atefi Charity Foundation. They appreciated this valuable initiative and considered it an example of serious attention to the future of the country and the young generation. Beckton also read a message to the young returnees on behalf of his other colleagues and praised the deep attention of the founders of this charitable institution.
A number of scholars, representatives of Emirati institutions, scientific and cultural figures, as well as the benefiting youth were present at the ceremony. The recipients of these scholarships appreciated this initiative of the charitable foundation and considered it a great step towards realizing their scientific and social aspirations.
The foundation officials stated that similar programs will continue in the future so that more young people, especially the needy and vulnerable groups, will have the opportunity to enjoy higher education.
It is worth noting that in addition to education, this foundation is also going to provide technical and vocational training for 100 young returnees and other needy youth in the center of Herat city and Ghorian district in the second half of this year.
