Today, Monday, 20 Oct 2025, the Atefi Charity Foundation, in cooperation with the Department of Training and Performance Evaluation of the Personnel Affairs Department of the Herat Provincial Government, held a one-day training seminar for 37 managers and directors of various emirate departments.
This seminar was organized with the aim of improving awareness and managerial capacity in the field of protecting important government information and documents.
At the beginning of the program, Abdul Zaher Ershad, Deputy Director of the Atefi Charity Foundation, welcomed the participants and provided explanations about the activities of this foundation, especially in the area of improving the capacity of government employees. He emphasized that improving the knowledge and skills of managers and government employees plays an important role in improving the quality of services and protecting public interests.
The topics presented in this program included “Historical Background of Secrets Rights”, “Secrets and Information Rights”, “The Place of Disclosure of Secrets in Islam” and other related topics, which were presented by Professor Rafiullah Azimi, a university professor.
Holding such seminars is part of the efforts of the Atefi Charity Foundation to support educational and capacity-building programs in Emirati institutions.
