As part of its ongoing educational initiatives aimed at empowering young people and creating employment opportunities, Atefi Charity Foundation has launched the recruitment process for trainees in its Technical and Vocational Building Electrical Installation Training Program, taking into account the current demands of the labor market.
Over the past few days, the Foundation’s survey team, in coordination with the Herat Department of Labor and Social Affairs and the Herat Municipality, has been conducting the identification and recruitment of talented and economically disadvantaged individuals across Herat City.
The training program is scheduled to officially commence in the coming days. Following the recruitment process, selected trainees will receive practical and specialized training in building electrical installation at the Atefi Charity Foundation’s Technical and Vocational Training Center, equipping them with the skills needed to secure employment and achieve economic self-reliance.
