A two-day training seminar titled “Office Organization and Filing” was organized for 23 employees of government departments in Zirkooh District by the Training and Staff Performance Evaluation Department of the Herat Provincial Governor’s Office, in cooperation with the **Atefi Charity Foundation.
During the seminar, important and practical topics related to office organization and management, document management and arrangement, principles of filing and document archiving, and other matters related to administrative affairs were discussed and taught.
The seminar was attended by Maulvi Mohammad Awaz “Munib,” District Governor of Zirkooh, and Maulvi Mohammad Arif “Arab,” Deputy District Governor.
The District Governor of Zirkooh expressed his appreciation and gratitude to the organizers of the program, emphasizing the importance of conducting such training programs. He also called for the continuation and expansion of training and capacity-building programs for employees of government departments.
At the end of the seminar, certificates of participation were awarded to the participants, and the program concluded with a prayer.
