An educational seminar entitled “Preventing the Disclosure of Documents and Information” was held for 30 employees from various Emirate government departments in Herat City. The seminar was organized by the Directorate of Personnel Affairs of the Herat Provincial Governor’s Office, in cooperation with and under the management of the Atefi Charity Foundation, at the conference hall of the Atefi Institute of Health Sciences.
The seminar aimed to raise employees’ awareness of the protection of administrative documents and information, strengthen their sense of responsibility in maintaining the confidentiality of information, and enhance their professional capacities in the workplace. The programme incorporated various educational methods, including group activities, to provide participants with opportunities for discussion, exchange of ideas, and practical learning.
At the beginning of the programme, Alhaj Noor-ul-Haq Ahmadi, General Manager of Evaluation and Training at the Directorate of Personnel Affairs of the Provincial Governor’s Office, spoke about the value and importance of holding such educational seminars and emphasized their role in enhancing professional capacities and improving employee performance. He urged employees of Emirate government departments to actively participate in educational programmes, improve their professional knowledge and skills, and make greater efforts to enhance administrative affairs.
The seminar was conducted as part of ongoing efforts to enhance the capacities of employees of Emirate government departments and strengthen their awareness of the protection of administrative documents and information.
