In the presence of Mufti Abdul Qayum Vaseq, Head of Labor and Social Affairs Department and Mohammad Jan Salimi, Director General of Technical and Vocational Training Centers, 80 students of the first round of Technical and Vocational Institute of atefi Charity Foundation received graduation certificates.
In a ceremony held on the occasion of this afternoon, November 16, 2024, in the conference hall of the Foundation, Abdul Zaher Ershad, deputy of the Atefi Charity Foundation, spoke about the duties and responsibilities of young people and skills students and said that these skills are trained in the fields (mobile repairs, sewing and embroidery bags) and today they will receive graduation documents.
Later, Mufti Abdul Qayum Waseq, Head of Labor, Mohammad Jan Salimi, Director General of Technical and Vocational Training Centers of Herat Department of Labor and Social Affairs, and Abdul Ghafoor Hakimi, trainer of Mobile Repairs, spoke about the role and importance of technical and vocational skills of young people, and identified the duties and obligations of graduates to themselves, family, community and homeland.
At the end of the ceremony, the appreciation letters prepared by the Atefi Charity Foundation were delegated to the officials of the Department of Labor and certificates of the graduates of this course.
