This morning, Nov 25, 2024, in a ceremony, 96 Trainees who had been trained in mobile repairs and sewing at the Technical and Vocational period of The Atefi Charity Foundation in Ghorian district of Herat, received graduation certificates.
The ceremony was held in the presence of Ghorian district governor, representative of the Department of Labor and Social Affairs, a number of religious scholars and some parents of the trainees.
First, Abdul Zaher Ershad, deputy of Atefi Charity Foundation, said: these trainees are trained in the fields of (mobile repairs and sewing) and today they get graduation certificates while each has a good and high-income job.
Later, Mohammad Jan Salimi, Director General of Technical and Vocational Centers of Herat Department of Labor and Social Affairs, spoke about the role and importance of technical and vocational skills of young people and encouraged graduated trainees to grow as much as possible.
Mawlawi Saaduddin Sediqi, district governor of Ghorian district, also said the move shows the commitment of the Atefi Charity Foundation to empowering and supporting people in different areas, especially in Herat districts.
Meanwhile, Mawlawi Mohammad Ahmadi, head of the Ghorian religious high school And Mawlawi Abdul Majid Ahmadi, another religious scholar in the district, mentioned the good activities and actions of the founder of the Atefi Charity Foundation and called for the continuation of these cooperation’s.
At the end of the ceremony, the appreciation letters prepared by the Atefi Charity foundation were delegated to the officials of Ghorian district and the agent of the Department of Labor, and graduation certificates awarded to the course participants.
