A two-day capacity building seminar, aimed at strengthening leadership and management skills, was held for (35) managers, directors and employees of various departments of Chisht Sharif district of Herat province by the Atefi Charity Foundation, in cooperation with the Department of Training and Performance Evaluation of Employees of the Department of Personnel Affairs of the Herat provincial government in that district.
At the beginning of the seminar, Abdul Zaher “Ershad”, Deputy of the Atefi Charity Foundation, laid a clear information for its activities.
Later, Mavalvi Mohammad “Hanefi”, Deputy Director of Chisht Sharif district, welcomed the holding and continuation of such seminars, especially in remote districts, and while appreciating the Department of Personnel Affairs of the provincial government and the Atefi Charity Foundation, he also asked other charitable institutions for cooperation and assistance in this section.
In this program, the seminar participants were familiarized with leadership and management methods, and at the end, certificates were distributed to them.
