Two-Day Seminar on “Time Management and Productivity in the Workplace” for Employees of Government Departments
On the 19th and 20th of Aqrab 1404, the Directorate of Staff Affairs of Herat Governor’s Office, in collaboration with the Atefi Charity Foundation, organized a two-day educational seminar titled “Time Management and Productivity in the Workplace” for 33 employees from various government departments in Herat Province.
The seminar was held in the conference hall of Atefi University, and Najibullah Ishaqzai, a university lecturer, facilitated the sessions.
At the opening ceremony, Abdul Haq Ahmadi, Head of Training and Performance Evaluation of the Directorate of Staff Affairs of Herat Governor’s Office, praised the Atefi Charity Foundation for organizing such seminars. He emphasized the importance of these programs in enhancing employee capacity and described them as an important step toward improving the performance of government institutions.
During the seminar, key topics such as methods for increasing productivity, effective time management, workplace discipline, and efficient task management strategies were discussed and taught.
At the conclusion of the two-day event, Abdul Zahir Ershad, Deputy Director of the Atefi Charity Foundation, spoke about the foundation’s initiatives in building the capacity of government employees and teachers, even in the most remote districts of Herat.
He stressed that the primary goal of the Atefi Charity Foundation is to educate and empower various segments of society through the organization of such effective and beneficial programs.
Finally, certificates of participation were distributed to the attendees, and the event concluded with a closing prayer.
