A special meeting was held in an intimate and magnificent atmosphere to award free scholarships to 60 young immigrants and needy people who returned to their homeland, in coordination with the heads of Local authority from different districts.
First, Abdul Zahir “Ershad”, Deputy Director of the Atefi Charity Foundation, stated that the purpose of this meeting was to empower the young generation, provide free education, and help better integrate returned immigrants into society, adding that investing in education is investing in the bright future of the country.
Later, Sayed Abdul Rashid “Fardani”, a representative of the Atefi Health Sciences Institute, expressed his pleasure at attending this program and announced that this institute is committed to providing quality educational programs to provide the basis for the scientific and skill development of young people. He added: “We believe that education can change the future path of the young generation and turn them into a constructive force in society.”
In the following, the officials and heads of the Local authority (second, sixth, eighth, ninth, eleventh, fourteenth, and fifteenth) while appreciating the efforts of the Atefi Charity Foundation in providing educational opportunities, introduced education as the most important tool for individual and social progress and emphasized that providing educational opportunities for young people who have returned to the country and other needy young people in the regions can play a key role in the reconstruction and development of the future of the homeland. In addition to the issue of scholarships, they also discussed and exchanged views on technical and vocational training, improving the capacity of young people, creating job opportunities, and strengthening practical skills. They emphasized that young people should be equipped with practical training and technical skills to meet the needs of today’s society. The meeting ended with prayers for the success of young people in the fields of science and social services, as well as emphasizing continued support for this dynamic and active group.
