A two-day training seminar entitled (Office Organization and Filing) was held with the participation of 30 employees of the Pashtun Zarghun district of Herat province and ended successfully today.
Al-Hajj Amruddin “Khairkhwa” the Pashtun Zarghun district governor and Maulvi Nisar Ahmad “Ataei” the deputy of that district were present at the closing ceremony of this program.
At the end of this seminar, Maulvi Abdul Ghaffar “Haqbin” the head of the ombudsmen of Pashtun Zarghun district, in a speech, expressed gratitude to the Department of Personnel Affairs of the Herat provincial government and the Khairiya Atefi Foundation for holding this seminar, describing this program as effective and valuable in increasing the knowledge, skills and administrative discipline of the employees and called for the continuation of holding such programs in the future.
Also, Al-Hajj Noorul-Haq “Ahmadi”, the General Manager of Training and Performance Evaluation of the Personnel Affairs Department of the Provincial Government, and the Deputy Director of the Emotional Charity Foundation, spoke and emphasized the importance of holding such training programs, encouraging the employees to take advantage of these opportunities to further improve their scientific, professional and administrative capacities and strive to provide better services to the citizens. The seminar ended in a sincere and successful atmosphere with the presentation of certificates to the participants and the recitation of prayers. It is worth mentioning that the Emotional Charity Foundation, in coordination with the Personnel Affairs Department of the Herat Provincial Government, will continue to hold such training programs in order to empower the employees of government departments and improve the quality of public services.
