Stationery was distributed to 169 students under the cover of Atefi Charity Foundation in the most remote areas of Ghorian district of Herat.
These children, who have been covered by this foundation for the last two years, are from areas such as (Dasht Qomandani, Chaharbagh and Gavdar).
Mr. Seyed Hasan Maulavizadeh, the director of education of Ghorian district, who was present at the distribution program of these supplies, appreciated the activities of the charity foundation and the cooperation of this organization with the directorate of education of that district and emphasized on the continuation and expansion of this process.
Mr. Mohammad, the director of the Ghorian religious school, also appreciated the efforts of the Atefi Charity Foundation in order to increase the literacy level and support the needy, deprived and orphaned children of that district.
He said: This foundation has covered children in this district who are facing the least educational and teaching facilities, and with the efforts of this foundation, they can now benefit from the blessing of literacy.
This is while the Atefi charity foundation has been able to introduce 600 orphans and needy children from the most deprived areas of the city center, Ghorian district and Chesht Sharif district of Herat to public schools through its school project, and all educational requirements should be fulfilled by this foundation in the last three years.
