30 employees of the offices of Ghorian district of Herat province received their graduation certificates, after learning a two-day course on skills (management and leadership).

Honorable Mullah Saaduddin “Sadiqi”, Ghorian district governor, who participated in the graduation party of these employees, while thanking the Human Resources Department of Herat Province and Atefi Foundation, pointing to the increasing professionalism of the office employees, said: Currently, the office employees lack skills.

He said: they have good abilities and the employees of the offices of this district will act professionally in providing better services to the clients by learning such useful programs.

Firdous Abdali, the trainer of the Directorate of Training and Performance Evaluation of the Human Resources Department of Herat Province, also said in this program: This year, this department has dozens of training programs to improve the capacity of departmental employees, which are implemented with the cooperation of partner institutions and organizations.

Abdul Zaher Irshad, deputy of the Atefi Foundation, said: One of the basic goals of this foundation is to hold educational programs for children, teenagers, youth, teachers and office employees, which according to the plan, has more educational and capacity building programs and with full implementation These programs will be a positive step in the education sector of various departments and educational institutions.

It should be mentioned that more than 60 employees of various offices in the center of Herat city are currently engaged in training a three-month course of computer programs.

The meeting ended with a prayer for the progress and excellence of the country.
