In order to increase the working capacity of office employees, this time, a 2-day capacity building program was held for (29) employees of various offices in Chesht-e-Sharif district of Herat province.

In a ceremony that was held on this occasion in the conference hall of that district, honorable Mavlavi Amanullah “Haqqani”, the governor of Chesht-e-Sharif, while appreciating the Atefi charity foundation and the human resources department of Herat province, pointing to the increasing professionalism of the office staff.

He said: By holding such educational seminars, office employees will have good skills and abilities, and by learning such useful programs, they will act professionally and effectively in providing better services to clients.

At the same time, Mavlavi Mohammad “Hanafi”, the deputy of that district, also mentioned the good and innovative action of the Atefi Charity Foundation and the Department of Human Resources of the Herat province in order to improve the capacity of the employees of the offices of that district and requested to hold such seminars that meet the urgent needs of the employees of the offices. It forms to be continuous.

In addition, Abdul Zaher “Ershad”, the vice president of Atefi Charity Foundation, said: One of the main goals of this foundation is to hold educational programs for children, and to improve the capacity of office employees, teachers, and youth, which is a valuable step in the field of education and development with the full implementation of these programs.

He added: (Leadership styles and characteristics, management, planning, factors and types of conflict, communication and administrative correspondence were the subjects that taught to the employees of Chesht-e-Sharif district offices.

At the end of this program, certificates were also distributed to the participants of the seminar and distributed 200 stationary boxes to the orphans and needy children of the government schools of Chesht-e-Sharif district.
